I left my bag on a FlixBus traveling from Lyon to Basel on December 15th. The bus was heading to Frankfurt Central Train Station in Germany. I have already filled out the form on the FlixBus website, but I need this issue to be resolved quickly.

Made several attempts to book, but Im unable to contact a customer service representative to finalize my booking to be sure of my destination and return

Poor customer service
Was all set to book a trip and maybe more in the future until I encountered 3 bad customer phone reps in a row. The first two didn't like when I asked about the add-on fees such as service charges, seat reservation fees and anything else.
Both hung up on me then. I called back to speak to a supervisor in general and was told there is no way to connect me to one. When I doubted that and stated why I was calling, he repeated that it is not possible to speak to a supervisor. I gave him one last chance, stating that if he doesn't tell me how I can reach a supervisor, even if it's not one he can connect me with, I will put my concerns online.
He would not tell me how to contact a supervisor any which way,
so here is my negative review. There is also some weird robotic privacy warning (with opt-out info) when you first call in. This whole situation is *** and Flixbus price is not so cheap with the extras. I looked at the ratings and reviews here on Pissed Consumer as a final confirmation that Flixbus is not a good company.
I contacted the company looking for a deal and got an ordeal instead. Not recommended.

Trying to book affair
Well I'm not satisfied with not being able to book a book a ride without going online all people don't know how to use internet but anyway I'm glad that you do it because it keeps you your card business safe but I still have to go out and find somebody to do it on the internet for me it should be another way that you could do it without having to go on the Internet or do it online
User's recommendation: My recommendation to Future customers is learn how to use internet that's all I can tell you I never did it my dude always did it for me but my daughter passed almost a year ago and now I'm left hopeless

what happened was I went online to get tickets for Jackson Ms. There is no stop in Jackson the stop is in Port Gibson Ms.
put the order in went to CVS to pay the barcode that was sent to me. I used it at CVS. I paid $89.99 cash for the tickets. I got a confirmation saying the money was received but, I didn't receive the email or the ticket barcode.
When I arrived at the bus station they couldn't retrieve the ticket or see any ticket at all. I had to pay for the ticket again out of pocket $46.99 going and another returning $46.99.
I just want my first $89.99 back. The tickets were for Oct 22-Oct 23, 2024.

I was supposed to have my 3 tickets in my email, but I don't see them there, even on the application that you asked me to download. And I also wanted to change the hours of my return tickets.

App messed up and booked 2 tickets and I need a refund on one cancelation
I was trying to change the date to another date and the app refreshed for some reason and changed the date back but to an earlier time.

It was cool I just lost my phone
I left my phone on the bus on 04-05-25, getting off at the last stop downtown Los Vegas about 3:00 a.m. on 04-06-25.
Preferred solution: Maybe find my phone in the lost and found and get it back

Violent bus driver
I was a passenger on flix bus from collingwood to Toronto
I observed a very frightening event
The driver had verbally harassed several passengers on our journey
I observed a verbal exchange with a young female passenger at departure
I observe her being struck
Her I phone knocked to the ground
Myself and another passenger
And the assaulted woman
Reported this incident
I do not know if she pressed charges
I note the same driver continues on that route
I asked security to assist me onto the bus and ensured I exited the bus with a fellow passenger
I also shared the information with the friend I visited who made sure he met the bus driver with me
And said that he expected to hear about a completely incident free trip
From me.

I kindly urge you to take immediate action and request that the driver open the washroom for passenger use at the earliest convenience.
Delayed bus
I want a refund! You delayed the bus over 2 hours and my autistic son was stuck waiting 8 additional hours onto his trip.
Went from SC to GA and back to SC then to GA and then FL. Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot speak to anyone.

Cancel my trip
We booked the wrong day. My girlfriend is stuck in Atlanta.
Were getting a greyhound, which is what she was supposed to take anyway from you guys. I need to cancel that other trip and get a refund to pay for what we paid for a greyhound.
