How can I get my refund?On December 7, I bought online bus tickets for 2 peoples from Lithuania city of Panevėžys to the German city of Kiel. But the system got stuck and I didn't get the tickets.
I would like a refund for my tickets.
When buying tickets through the Flixbus website, I did not create an acount. Please help me.
Traveler's name was not on manifest but I had a conformation couldn't get on bus. Where is my refund?Passenger tried to board bus with only conformation number and I.D.

I'm in the same boat they said you needed to cancel in manage my booking up to 15 minutes after the bus leaves and once that happens and you did not cancel the booking they will NOT refund you which is unacceptable given that is there is proof you did not use the reservation. I do not know who else to call about this. There website is not user friendly and I couldn't figure out how to cancel. Then I tried to msg them through their website and I never heard back. I put a claim thru paypal and they denied it. Unacceptable. I need to figure out how to call corporate.
Canceled my trip on 03/22/2024 but i did not receive voucher 25% OF TICKET PRICE. Where is my voucher or refund???
