Traveler's name was not on manifest but I had a conformation couldn't get on bus. Where is my refund?
Passenger tried to board bus with only conformation number and I.D. was told name not on the manifest and couldn't board the bus.
I have all the payment information and the name should have been on the manifest. Paid again online for the next bus, I what a refund for the first bus conformation #110443**** Janice Bell, Barstow Ca.

I'm in the same boat they said you needed to cancel in manage my booking up to 15 minutes after the bus leaves and once that happens and you did not cancel the booking they will NOT refund you which is unacceptable given that is there is proof you did not use the reservation. I do not know who else to call about this. There website is not user friendly and I couldn't figure out how to cancel. Then I tried to msg them through their website and I never heard back. I put a claim thru paypal and they denied it. Unacceptable. I need to figure out how to call corporate.
