The ticket had different information than the email PDF, and there is no way to complain other than online chat, which is too easy for them to deny.

The driver is very rude and will not let anyone ask questions for assistance. She says there will be no stops due to her seating error.
In addition, she did not assist with getting bags loaded onto the bus. We were freezing on the way to Houston, and when I tried to ask her to turn down the AC, I was told she would stop the bus and put me off for asking a question while she was driving. This is very poor customer service!
After paying for reserved seating, we should not be punished for her not doing her job in the first place! Bus 2240 from Dallas to Houston departs at 11:30 AM.

I used online portal. Hopefully a full refund or voucher was issued for the unused ticket.
My family member missed the bus to Orlando. She wasn't to have a credit and use it for ride back from Orlando to Gainesville.
User's recommendation: Make sure you read policy first.Also confirm bus pick up terminal for all destinations.

Arrived 1hour later than scheduled, at airport, this is unacceptable for people travelling abroad, terrible service, will never use again. Never been let down like this, by any other companies. Really annoying but this company has legal policies allocated and it only benefits their company, and not the customers, not very nice, maybe public should boycott them until they change the legal policies to benefit customers as well!!!

My husband was unable to make his scheduled trip due to a family emergency. We tried to contact FlixBus customer service, but the amount of time that we spent attempting to contact customer service was unsuccessful.
We even tried to go online to reschedule a departure time and that was not successful either. We spoke with customer service the following day and they said that there was nothing they could do and that his ticket had been scanned. This was impossible due to him not being on the bus. All we were expecting was to get a credit or voucher for a future trip.
The customer service agent that we spoke to was very hard to understand and did not help. All we wanted was service for what we paid for.

It’s very terrible my son messed around and take it by accident and I do not get my money back
My phone book tickets by accident and I did not get my money back I dont even know what happen .. And you cannot get your refund money back that is very very bad

The bus was here greyhound would not let me out until the bus was gone I’m stuck at the station with no money and they won’t let me get on a different bus
Greyhound would not let me out the door flex bus pulled off Im stuck with no way home no money and flex wont honor my ticket

I booked a ticket for a friend from Goteborg to Malmo back and forward but they were some mistake on my friend email address so i put a call and immediately it was fix.
User's recommendation: My recommendation to future customers is that flix bus are reliable in every situation
My portable charger were stolen from my backpack on the bus
When I went to the bathroom or I got off the bus for the five minute break, my portable charger was stolen out of my backpack. I pay $50 for that portable charger when I got to my friends house in Fresno I noticed it was gone not very happy about that.

The coach was freezing I told the person who I spoke to. Why in the name of common sense was the heating off on the coach, my wife was frozen when we reached Bristol.
The bus is freezing phoned but nothing done! Got flix bus from Victoria coach station to Bristol at 1pm.

I got live reps on the phone but they were terrible. I hope the company's policy is to FIRE reps who hang up when there's a legit complaint, because the two who did this to me should be immediately dismissed.
Lost me as a customer. They also sounded unintelligent.
At least replace them with AI. Couldn't be any worse.
