Bad service

I was supposed to leave on the 15th of December, and I've made a decision an hour and a half before that: I was not going to use Flex Bus. So I called them; it took a whole hour to actually answer the phone because it kept disconnecting me every time I called.

When I finally got an answer, they could not refund me, nor could they reschedule my bus because it had taken so long that it was overdue. I couldn't cancel it; I lost twice on this.

I lost $71, and I've lost $62. They don't care, and it's bad customer service taking your money.

I purchased a ticket yesterday, and when I tried to cancel it, it kept saying my app device doesn't support it. I would like to request a full refund of the ticket with code 330601****.

Confusing booking instructions and terrible support services

Policies are not clear during the booking process or online. I tried to make a change to the existing booking but canceled in error. Customers service was of no use...they refused to reinstate booking and basically said to forfeit original and purchase new ticket.

Our bus broke down for 4 hours I missed work we was coming from Oakland to union station I ended up having to miss work

Rude bus driver and reduced for seat charge

Lost my luggage

I have someone's luggage and they have mine. Our luggage (2) is black and identical.

I had a Flex ticket (330600****) but a Greyhound bus delivered me to Indio on 22/26. I need help in resolving this issue.

Refund

Poor customer service, only refunded a voucher back for my son, who had to wait in the cold while the bus was delayed. He has a disability, and his life was in danger being alone there.

It was a pure waste of time, because they're mean objective is to keep you on hold for as long as they can until your window of time is over and they don't have to refund anything to you

Has not been resolved. I would rate it a zero if I could. The first trip was delayed, then canceled altogether, and the ride back was delayed at the last minute for five hours.

I purchased a bus ticket for travel from San Diego to Los Angeles, and unfortunately, difficulties were encountered. My sister, who works as an intervention case worker with the police department and is well-acquainted with the city, kindly drove me to the bus stop.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that the bus tickets did not include a specific address for the designated stop, making it impossible to find the correct location.
This is the address on the ticket: - UC San Diego) UCSD Health La Jolla Station, 92073 San Diego. As a result, my sister drove me to the airport where I rented a one-way vehicle for $150 and arrived to my cousin after midnight. This drive was especially difficult, considering I in San Diego for a very difficult funeral. I messaged customer service right away about a refund and inquired to obtain the stop's address.

Both were unsuccessful, as they avoided my request.

Repeated requests via email for a refund and for the address were not addressed. The omission of no stop address on the ticket is quite concerning!

If you or especially your “well-acquainted with the city” sister had any common sense, a one minute internet search shows pickup at Campus Point Drive, Passenger Loading Zone 43. You spent all that time looking for a way to complain and padding your complaint with (in more.ways than one) your sister’s useless familiarity and some funeral. If only you put more effort into looking for an answer that was readily available.

If you Google Campus Point Dr , Passenger Loading Zone 43 it gives description and map with icon of pickup point.

The driver was supposed to help and lost my things.

My bag was left on the bus by the driver who helped me off the bus. I'm disabled.

The bag had my black wallet with my black tablet and my phone. It also has my right arm brace in it.

It has my tag on the bag from Amtrak in it. Please, I need my bag.
